职位描述:

1)     Of utmost importance is that every single person of the Health Club is participating in constant touching up / cleaning of the areasprovide a cleanhygienic environment for the guests.

健身中心的每位工作人员均需参与日常的清洁工作,这一点至关重要。

2)     Communicate additions and/or changes to the daily routine as they are surface throughout the shift.

换班时,传达每日增加或更改的工作内容。

3)     Ensure that the entire set-up of the reception area are to the health club standards.

确保接待区域按照健身中心的标准要求摆放

4)     Ensure that all the associates are well groomedgreet all guests.

确保以良好的个人形象出现在客户面前。

5)     Work within the team to ensure teamwork & good Spirit.

参与团队工作,保持良好的团队及个人精神风貌。

6)     Be aware of any change in circumstance, situation, and/or environment to ensure the safety of the guests.

清醒意识到境况、位置及环境的变化,确保客户人身安全。

7)     Make arrangements if any situation comes up to prevent any further damage to the given cause.

当出现进一步损坏情形时,采取相应阻止措施。

8)     Observe the guests reactionsconfer with the service which needs to be provided to ensure the guests satisfaction.

观察客户反应,协调提供服务与客户满意度间的差距。

9)     Promote positive employee relationsactions at all times.

终始与同事保持积极的关系及开展建设型行为。

10)  Monitor, handletrack guest complaints, ensuring Guest satisfaction. Record guest commentscomplaints in the logbook for a permanent recordfor the information of the manager.

监管及处理客户抱怨,维护客户的满意度,在交接本记录客人的意见和建议并将此信息回馈经理

11)   Ensure all payments, bookingsmoney’s are received in the correct mannerbeing passed-on to accounting.

确保以恰当的方式收取客户的支付、预订及现金费用,并将其转交于会计部。

12)   Ensure the correct usagecare of the equipment which is being used at the Reception, stressing on safetyprofessional service for our guests.

确保正确维护及使用接待处的设备,注重安全、专业的服务我们的客人

13)   Complete work orders for maintenance department repairs to Engineering. Contact Engineering directly for urgent Repairs.

完成维修部的工程维修工作,有紧急维修工作时直接与工程师联系。

14)   Maintain DamageWaste controlcheck that all actions are being performed to Company / Government Standards.

进行损坏维修及废物处理,确保所有行为均符合公司/政府的标准。

15)   Be familiar with all Health Club services/featureslocal attractions/activities to respond accurately to any Guest inquiry.

熟悉健身中心的服务/功能及当地名胜与相关活动,以便为客户提供准确的咨询见意。

16)   Ensure GYM/ Pool Area /Tennis stadiumLocker Rooms are ready on time for the next Guest – Member.

确保下一位客户及会员在使用健身房、游泳池、网球馆和更衣室前时提前清洁干净。

17)   Make sure that you have enough knowledge to operateclean the fitness Equipment, ask if in need.

拥有操作及清理健身设备的足够知识,必要时咨询相关人士。

18)   Monitor that all openingclosing duties are completed to the standard given before you sign-in and/or out.

员工到达或离开公司时,确保按照部门标准要求启动或关闭所有设备及执行相关的职责。

19)   Fosterpromote a cooperative working climate, by communicating with all people in the Department in a relaxed but professional manner. This will help to boost the work morale within the team.

营造合作的工作氛围,以轻松及专业的方式与部门的其他工作人员进行交流,从而提高整个团队的职业道德。

20)   Participate in an on-going training program,maintain your knowledge. Re-evaluate your position and suggest changes where necessary, together with your immediate Supervisor

参与项目培训,并积累知识,重新认识本职工作,必要时向直接主管提出很必要的职责变动。
