餐饮服务部包括中餐厅,全日餐厅,客房送餐部及大堂酒廊。
工作职责:
· To assist Supervisor in their tasks as well as your peers, if they need help.
如果你的同事及主管需要帮助,协助他们完成任务。
· To report duty in a punctualwell-groomed manners in accordance to the hotel’s standards.
根据酒店标准,准时并且着装整齐的汇报工作。
· To execute other job-related duties as instructed by your superior.
执行上级指示的其他相关职务。
· Deliver food orders including any special needsrequests to the guest in-room, check completed kitchen orders with the order takerguest’s original order; transport items to the guestroom in a timely manner to ensure proper food quality.
将餐点包括任何特殊的需求送至客房内,将点餐员或客人的原始点餐单和厨房完成的餐点进行比对检查,将食物准时的运送至客房保证其品质。
· Greet guests, describe selected items to the guest using interesting,vivid descriptions of the each item’s, origin, taste,preparation methods; communicate options for removal of traysdishware; respond to request for tray removal according to established time standards.
向客人问好,以有趣生动的方式向客人介绍描述客人所选择的食物,包括原材料、味道、食物烹调方法等。与客人沟通摆餐与撤餐的时间及具体位置;根据已有的时间标准来回复客人撤餐的具体时间。
· Breakdown, cleanset-up of room service tables, condiment set-ups, flatware, dishware,room service side stations.
将客房服务桌子、调味品、刀叉、盘子和其他客房服务用品分类,清洁并装配。
